US-LTN — the United States Local Triage Network
US-LTN is how we carry our mission into rural homes: daily health monitoring, cellular telemetry, lifestyle medicine, and local clinical teams for patients managing chronic disease — in the communities the healthcare system left behind.
The program operates under the Corporation's federal tax exemption. Program revenue, including Medicare reimbursements, is reinvested in patient monitoring equipment, local clinical staffing, and community wellness and education programs.

Andrew F. Kohler, MD, FACP, MBA
Foundation Chair, Rappahannock Health CorporationDr. Andrew Kohler is a sixth-generation Virginian from Rappahannock County, board-certified in Internal Medicine and a Fellow of the American College of Physicians. He holds an executive MBA from the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business and also serves as President & CEO of Litchfield Health and President of Atlantic Telehealth.
Krista L. Kohler, MD, MALS
VP of Medical Affairs, Rappahannock HealthDr. Krista Kohler earned her MD from the University of Washington and her MALS from Dartmouth, and trained in Emergency Medicine at Carilion Clinic. She also serves as Chair & CMO of Litchfield Health, and leads the network's work in nutrition and lifestyle medicine.
Will Hubbard
Chief Technology OfficerLeads the network's technology: patient monitoring infrastructure, data pipelines, and the security and compliance program that protects them.
Korosh Yazdanpanah
