Accessibility

Built for everyone.

Last updated: July 2026

Our commitment

Our programs serve many older adults in rural communities, so accessibility isn't a checkbox for us — it's part of the mission. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, and we design beyond the guidelines for readability and simplicity.

What we've built in

Large, readable type and generous contrast · full keyboard operability · meaningful text alternatives on images · no forms, CAPTCHAs, or puzzles anywhere on this site · no motion effects · pages that work on any phone, tablet, or computer without apps or downloads.

The most important feature: a person

Anything you'd want from this website — organization documents, program information, verification for a grant or partnership — can also be done by telephone with a person. Call (571) 249-2493. No menus to fight through.

Nondiscrimination

Clinical care across our network is provided without discrimination, with free language assistance and free aids and services for people with disabilities. Read the network's Notice of Nondiscrimination.
